Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all the orders placed on our online shop.
Contracting parties and conclusion of contract
The contract of purchase is concluded with Starsign Scents Pty Ltd.
By placing products in our online shop we submit a binding offer upon the conclusion of an agreement on these articles. This agreement is completed when you place a binding order for the products in your shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
- If you have selected credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time of credit card debiting.
- If you have selected PayPal as the mode of payment, the contract is concluded as soon as your payment instruction is received at PayPal.
- If you selected the EFT option, the contract is concluded as soon as your payment instruction is received
- Shipping costs get added to the specified product prices. More information about the shipping costs is provided with the offers.
You have the following payment options available at our online store:
You transfer into our bank details with the order confirmation no and we deliver the products after payment is received.
Your credit card account will be charged as soon as the ordering process is completed.
You pay the invoice amount online via PayPal. You must in principle be registered or first register with PayPal, legitimize with your login and confirm the payment instruction
Self supply reservations
STARSIGN SCENTS is entitled to withdraw from the contract in so far as it does not receive the delivery or receives incorrect delivery of products in turn in spite of previous conclusion of a corresponding procurement agreement. STARSIGN SCENTS is obliged to inform the customer about the unavailability of the service immediately. Services already paid by the customer, the total price, will be refunded immediately upon exercise of the right of rescission.
Coupons / Gift Cards
STARSIGN SCENTS offers vouchers that can be used by the customer or passed on as a gift to third parties.
The voucher can be redeemed within 1 year of the date of purchase.
Retention of Title
The products remain our property until full payment
If goods should be delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the delivery company about this without delay and please also get in touch with us immediately. Failure to timely complaint or notifying us will not infringe on your statutory warranty rights but will help to validate our own claims toward the carrier and/or transport insurance.
All orders over are tracked and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it leaves our warehouse. However, if you select “Authority to leave”, we are not responsible if packages go missing.
Returns & Exchanges
StarSign Scents has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact us via email on email@example.com explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there you will need to arrange to have the product(s) returned to us. This should be done within 60 days of receipt and the product(s) must be unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
Please check that the ‘padlock’ icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your data in transit.
